^99mTc—HL91乏氧显像与^99mTc—MIBI亲肿瘤显像诊断肺肿瘤的对比分析

摘    要:目的:评价^99mTc—HL91乏氧显像和^99mTc—MIBI亲肿瘤显像诊断肺癌的临床价值。方法:70例肺肿瘤患行^99mTc-HL91乏氧显像和^99mTc—MIBI亲肿瘤显像两项检查,对比分析诊断效能和半定量分析结果。结果:^99mTc—HL91乏氧显像和^99mTc—MIBI亲肿瘤显像诊断肺癌的灵敏度、特异性和准确率分别为91.1%、100%、94.3%和84.4%、76.0%、81.4%。半定量分析结果明显高于^99mTc—MIBI亲肿瘤显像。两种显像结合诊断肺癌的灵敏度、特异性和准确率分别为95.6%、100%、97.1%。结论:^99mTc—HL91乏氧显像诊断肺癌有较高的临床价值,结合^99mTc—MIBI亲肿瘤显像可进一步提高诊断的准确性。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of 99mTc-HL91 hypoxia imaging and 99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin in diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: 99mTc-HL91 hypoxia imaging and 99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin were performed in 70 patients with Lung Neoplasm. The diagnostic efficacy and the results of half quantitative analysis were compared.Results:The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 99mTc-HL91 hypoxia imaging and 99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin was 91.1%100%94.3% and 84.4%76.0%81.4% ,respectively. The results of half quantitative analysis of 99mTc-HL91 hypoxia imaging were higher than those of 99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 99mTc-HL91 hypoxia imaging combined with 99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin in diagnosis of lung cancer was 95.6%100%97.1% respectively.Conclusion: 99mTc-HL91 hypoxia imaging was valuable in diagnosing lung cancer. The diagnostic accuracy was further improved when combined with 99mTc-MIBI tumoraffin.
