| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2010年1~12月收集到的47例ADR报告进行统计分析。结果 47例ADR报告中,老年患者较多,占总例数的42.55%(20例);以静脉滴注方式给药引发的ADR最多,占总例数的85.11%(40例);抗微生物药物引起的ADR最多,占总例数的55.32%(26例);临床表现以皮肤及附件损害最常见,占总例数的46.81%(22例)。结论开展ADR监测工作促进合理用药是医疗机构的重要任务,加强ADR监测是患者安全用药的保障。
