| 摘 要： | 目的 研究酪神经肽(NPY)和胃动素(MOT)在肠易激综合征(IBS)患者血浆中的变化。方法 用放射免疫法分别检测IBS患者35例,正常对照组20例血浆NPY和MOT含量。结果 IBS患者血浆中NPY含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。MOT含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NPY和MOT的变化可能是引起IBS的因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change of plasma Neuropeptide tyrosine(NPY)and plasma Motilin (MOT) in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods The NPY and MOT in plasma were measured by the radioimmunoasssy (RIA) in the IBS group(n = 35)and in normal group( n = 20). Results The plasma NPY was significantly lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05) while the plasma MOT was higher than in the normal group(P<0.05). Conclusion The chang of the NPY and the MOT is one of the factors which result in irritable bowel syndrome. |
