| 摘 要： | 目的:观察笑气(氧化亚氮)联合利多卡因宫颈注射在人工流产术中的临床效果。方法:选择388例要求终止早期妊娠的孕妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在人工流产术中吸入笑气联合利多卡因宫颈注射,对照组单用利多卡因宫颈注射,观察镇痛效果、扩宫情况、术中出血量。结果:观察组镇痛及扩宫效果明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);两组术中出血量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:笑气联合利多卡因宫颈注射在人工流产术中应用,镇痛效果较好,副反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study effect of combining nitrous oxide with lidocaine on painless induced abortion.Methods:388 volunteers who had early pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups:nitrous oxide and lidocaine group(group A),lidocaine injection group(group B).The analgesia effect,dilation degree of cervix and bleeding amount were observed.Results:The analgesia effect,dilation degree of cervix in(group A)were obviously better than one in group B,and there was signification difference(P<0.01).there was no significant difference in bleeding amount(P>0.05).Conclusion:combining nitrous oxide with lidocaine has effect on the analgesia and has little side effect for painless induced abortion. |
