| 摘 要： | 本实验采用四氧嘧啶选择性地损伤大鼠胰岛B细胞,制成糖尿病动物模型,观察异搏定对四氧嘧啶引起的大鼠糖尿病的预防作用。结果发现在给予四氧嘧啶前预防性注射异搏定能明显地预防四氧嘧啶引起的大鼠糖尿病,表现为异搏定加四氧嘧啶组在给予四氧嘧啶后48h的血糖值明显低于盐水加四氧嘧啶组。

| Abstract: | A diabetes model was developed by injection of alloxan which could injure islet B cell in rats. The protective effect of verapamil on diabetes induced by alloxan in rats was investigated. Dabetes indused by alloxan in rats was protected markedly by administration of verapamil before injection of alloxan. Its manifestation was that the blood glucose level of verapamil plus alloxan group at 48 hour after alministration of alloxan was lower evidently than that of normal saline plus alloxan group. |
