| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了2003年《美国预防、检测、评估和治疗高血压全国联合委员会第七次报告（JNC7）》、2003年欧洲高血压指南、2005年中国高血压指南及2006年英国成人高血压管理指南的重要内容，通过对指南的解读和一系列大型随机对照试验结果的回顾，阐述高血压药物联合治疗对提高血压达标控制率的意义。

| Abstract: | The Seventh Report of the Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC 7), 2003 European Society of Hypertension-European Society of Cardiology guidelines for the management of arterial hypentension, 2005 China Society of Hypertension guidelines and 2006 British Hypertension Society guidelines are introduced. Through these guidelines and series of large-scale randomized clinical trials, the importance of combined use of antihypertensive drugs for controlling blood pressure to achieve the goal blood pressure in patients with hypertension is furthur emphasized. |
