补益方剂反证糖代谢异常代谢综合征大鼠中医证型的研究

目的:在糖代谢异常(IGR)的代谢综合征大鼠中使用"以方测证法"研究其中医证型。方法:在建立糖代谢异常的代谢综合征(MS)大鼠模型后,用随机对照表法按血糖高低随机分为MS组,六君子汤(LJZ)组,参芪地黄汤(SQDH)组,肾气丸(SQ)组。用3个方剂:LJZ组2.5 g·kg-1·d-1,SQDH组25 g·kg-1·d-1,SQ组9.5 g·kg-1·d-1,于造模12周后ig给药,每天1次,持续3周。于12周和15周末,检测其体重,血压,空腹血糖(FBG),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),空腹胰岛素(FIN),胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:第15周时,与正常组比较模型组体重,血压,FBG,TG,FINS和HOMA-IR显著升高(P0.05,P0.01),HDL-C显著降低;与模型组比较3个方剂干预各组体重,血压,FBG,TG,HDL-C均无显著差异,FINS和HOMA-IR显著降低(P0.01)。结论:在IGR的MS大鼠药物干预后胰岛素水平和HOMA-IR显著降低,根据以方测证法,说明脾虚痰湿证、阴阳两虚证、气阴两虚证在本模型中可同时存在,是一个虚实夹杂证型。

Syndrome Identification of Abnormal Glucose Metabolism in Metabolic Syndrome Rat Based on Syndrome Detecting from Recipe Used

Objective: To explore TCM syndromes in abnormal glucose metabolism syndrome(MS) rats based on syndrome detecting from recipe used. Method: After the establishment of the MS rat model of abnormal,according to sugar of blood level, rats were divided into MS group, group A, group B, group C. Liujunzi Tang(A,2.5 g·kg^-1),Shenqi Dihuang Tang(B, 25 g·kg^-1), Shenqi Wan(C, 0.5 g·kg^-1) were given.At 12 and 15 weeks, the weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose(FBG), triglycerides(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and fasting insulin (FIN) levels were measured. Result: Compared with the model group, in A,B,C group, body weight, blood pressure, FBG, TG, HDL-C had no significant forward difference, in A, B, C group FIN and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) was significantly lowered(P<0.01). Conclusion: Abnormal glucose metabolism with metabolic syndrome in rats after intervention significantly improved insulin levels, according to the measured in square card method, shows that the spleen with phlegm, Yin and Yang dificiency syndrome in two, two Qi and Yin dificiency syndrome can exist at the same time, which is a deficiency syndrome type.
