摘    要:本文通过检索国内外置信职业行为评价在院校教育中的应用研究文献,从置信职业行为评价概念、评价项目构建、临床应用成效与需要完善的问题、研究展望等方面进行综合梳理,以期为我国以胜任力为导向的医学教育改革与评价研究和可复制可推广的置信职业行为评价在临床教学中的应用提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:By searching the literature on the application of entrustable professional activities in college education in China and globally, this article comprehensively analyzes the concept of entrustable professional activities, the development of evaluation items, the effectiveness of clinical application, the problems to be improved, and research prospects, so as to provide a useful reference for the reform and evaluation of competency-oriented medical education in China and the application of entrustable professional activities that can be repeated and promoted in clinical teaching.
