半导体激光联合金喉健喷雾剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

目的观察半导体激光联合金喉健喷雾剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法116例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各58例，二纽均给予金喉健喷雾剂直接喷于患处，3喷／次，4次／a；观察纽加用半导体激光口腔治疗仪照射溃疡面，根据溃疡面的大小进行多光斑照射，每点照射5min，1次／d。7d为1个疗程，观察时间1年。结果观察组的痊愈率、显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论半导体激光联合金喉健喷雾剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡，疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。

CLINICAL RESEARCH OF SEMICONDUCTOR LASER AND JINHOUJIAN AEROSOL IN THE TREATMENT OF RECURRENT ORAL ULCER

Objective To observe of the curative effect of semiconductor laser combined with Jinhoujian aerosol in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Toally 116 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 58 cases in each. The two groups were given Jinhoujian aerosol direct injection in the affected area, 3 spray / times, 4 times /d. The treatment group with semiconductor laser oral therapeutic apparatus and radiation ulcer surface, according to the size of the multi beam radiation ulcer surface, each point of irradiated 5 min, 1 times a day. 7d for 1 course of treatment, one years of observation time. Results The cure rate, markedly effective rate and total ef-fective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The curative effect of semiconductor laser combined with Jinhoujian aerosol in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer issatisfaction, worthy of clinical appli-cation.
