大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈期间垂体远侧部ACTH细胞的免疫电镜研究

摘    要:用成年雄性Wistar大鼠,分为溃疡组和对照组。用免疫电镜包埋后免疫金间接法村记ACTH细胞,研究胃溃疡自愈过程中垂体远侧部ACTH细胞的超微结构变化,结果显示,在实验性胃溃疡第4d,一些ACTH细胞含少量很小的分泌颗粒,沿质膜分布,有较多的ACTH细胞胞质出现许多空泡。溃疡第6d,ACTH细胞的高尔基复合体发达,其扁囊膨大部含中等电子密度的内容物,其内可见金颗粒标记。溃疡6-10d,较多的ACT

Abstract:Adult male Wistar rats were used and divided into experimental gastric ulcer group and normal control group.Electron microscopic postembedding indirect immuno-gold labelling technique was used to show the ACTH cells. Ultrastructural changes of ACTH cells during ulcer healing process were studied in this paper. On the 4th day of ulcer,it was observed that some ACTH cells contained a few small secretory granules which distributed along the plasma membrane,and some ACTH cells showed many vacuoles in cytoplasm,On the 6th day,Golgi complex of the ACTH cells became well-developed.The flat sacs of Golgi complex contained moderate electron-dense material which could be labelled by colloidal gold particles. During the 6th to 10th day,more cells contained many secretory granules. On the 28th day,the ACTH cells showed same ultrastructural features as the normal.The above results indicated that the ACTH cells in the pituitary pars distalis showed obvious ultrastructural changes during healing process of the experimental gastric ulcer,These changes may reflect the synthesis,release and storage of hormone in the ACTH cells became active during ulcer healing.The results suggest that the ACTH cells participate in regulation of ulcer healing.
