腹式筋膜内子宫切除术的临床探讨

目的 探讨腹式筋膜内子宫切除术的优越性。方法 对92例因子宫良性病变要求行子宫切除者行下腹横切口筋膜内子宫切除术，随机选择同期90例类似病人采用传统子宫切除术作为对照。比较两组的手术时间术中出血量及术后恢复情况。结果 两组的手术时间无显著性差异（P〉0．05），术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间和住院天数及术后发热率均有明显减少。结论 下腹横切口筋膜内子宫切除术操作简单，出血少，病人术后恢复快，住院时间短，切口美观。

Clinical study on abdominal intrafascial hysterectomy

Objective To discuss the advantage of abdominal intrafascial hysterectomy. Methods 92 cases were given abdominal intrafascial hysterectomy by transverse incision for benign uterine diseases. 90 cases were given traditional hysterectomy by random. The operation time, blood loss during operation and the postoperative recovery were compared. Results The operative time of intrafascial hysterectomy was the same as that of traditional group( P>0.05). The blood loss, the time of exhaust after operation, the postoperative days in hospital and the rate of fever after operation were decreased obviously in intrafascial group than that in traditional group. Conclusion Abdominal intrafascial hysterectomy by transverse incision has the advantage in simple manipulation, less blood loss, quicker postoperative recovery, shorter hospitalization and good looking of incision.
