重症急性胰腺炎中西医结合与西医治疗效果荟萃分析

目的：通过荟萃分析比较中西医结合与单纯西医治疗对于早期重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis,SAP）患者的治疗效果。方法：根据纳入标准,摘录19篇随机对照文献中有关试验设计、研究对象的特征、研究结果等内容,利用RevMan4.1软件进行分析。结果：SAP早期单纯西医与中西医结合治疗效果有显著差异：前者病死率（RR=0.35,95%CI0.25～0.48,P〈0.0001）、中转手术人数（RR=0.29,95%CI0.20～0.42,P〈0.0001）及并发症发生率（RR=0.32,95%CI0.20～0.52,P〈0.0001）高,而治愈率低（RR=2.96,95%CI2.18～4.02,P〈0.0001）。结论：对SAP早期患者采用中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗具有优势。

A meta-analysis of integration of Traditional and Western Medicine treatment versus Western treatment in patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Objective：To analyze and compare the effect of integration of Traditional and Western Medicine treatment and western treatment for patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods：According to the including criteria,nineteen randomized controlled trials of this topic were enrolled into the analysis.The detail about the trial design characters of the subjects, results of the studies were reviewed and analyzed by Revman 4.1 software.Results：Compared with integration of Traditional and Western Medicine treatment,western treatment was associated with a significantly higher incidence of mortality（RR=0.35,95%CI 0.25～0.48,P〈0.000 1）, halfway surgery rates （RR=0.29,95%CI 0.20～0.42,P〈0.000 1） and complications（RR=0.32,95%CI 0.20～0.52,P〈0.000 1） and with a lower cure rate （RR =2.96,95%CI 2.18～4.02,P〈0.000 1）.Conclusion：The findings suggest that integration of Traditional and Western Medicine treatment should be better than routinely treatment for early severe acute pancreatitis.
