儿童挫伤性前房积血146例临床分析

目的：观察促进前房积血吸收、防止继发青光眼和角膜血染的治疗方法和并发症对预后的影响。方法：卧床、散瞳、双眼包扎；口服或静脉使用皮质类固醇；止血芳酸、安络血等止血药的应用；前房冲洗。结果：进行疗效统计，积血完全吸收135例（92．47％），积血未完全吸收11例（7．53％）。结论：挫伤性前房积血的视力恢复与是否早期治疗有关，也与积血量多少、眼球损伤的程度及有无影响视力的并发症有关。

Clinical analysis of 146 cases with hyphema caused by contusion in children

To observe the efficacy of the methods for promoting the absorbance of haemorrhage,preventing secondary glaucoma and corneal haemosiderosis,and the relationship between the complications and the prognosis.Methods Having a rest by lying down in bed.Pupil dilating and wrapping both eyes with gauze.Application of steroids orally or intravenously.Application of cabazochomi,aminomethlbenzoic acid.Irrigation of the antenior chamber.Results Complete absorbance of the blood was in 135 case(92.47% ), partial absorbance of the haemorrhage was in 11 cases (7.53%).Conclusion The recovery of vision is related to the early trea tment,amount of haemorrhage,severity of the contusion,and complications.
