摘    要:目的 替代传统内固定物治疗骨关节损伤,一次性完成手术治疗。方法 用自身增强可吸收内固定物(钉、棒等)代替传统的内固定物,固定复位后的骨与关节骨折及矫形截骨或植骨块。结果 应用于9个部位、28处、131例。随访6个月~48个月,平均17个月。与传统方法相比,骨折愈合的时间无明显差异,疗效满意。只要符合适应证,自身增强可吸收内固定物可以替代传统内固定物,治疗骨与关节的骨折与矫形。

Abstract:Objective: Applying absorbable SR-PLLA implant to replace the traditional fixation material to treat the trauma of bone and joint ;the operative treatment was complished singly. Methods: The fracture of bone and joint in trauma and orthopaedics was fixed with absorbable SR-PLLA implant. Results: 131 cases With fractures in 9 parts was fixed with absorbable SR-PLLA implant. Forllow-up was 6-48 months (the average 17 months) , the bone healed time was not different between the tradidtional fixation material and absorbable SR-PLLA implant, the results were satisfactory. Conclusin: If the condition of applying absorbable SR-PLLA implant existed,adsorbable SR-PLLA implant wouldd replace the traditionol fixation material to fix fractures of bone and joint.
