浅谈加强医院经济管理的方法与措施

This article gives a survey of medical market in Suzhou and the Affiliated First People's Hospital of Suzhou University. In the circumstance of market economy, the competition in medical industry is more and more fierce. In order to satisfy the demand for medical service in a maximum degree, this article provides two ways: one is the optimum distribution of limited medical resources according to the law of motion study on market, taking elastic line of business, strengthing the construction of nosocomial culture and the fund management; the other is strengthing the cost control, building up the conception of input-output and cost-efficiency, strengthing the cost accounting on leechdom, reducing the price of medicine, simplifying administrative structure, achieving logistics-socialization gradually, reducing the personnel costs, mean while, we should carry out the open-door purchasing and the normative channels of purchasing.
