摘    要:目的建立测定薰衣草油中芳樟醇和乙酸芳樟酯含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱法,HP-5GC色谱柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm);柱温为80℃,保持5min,以4℃/min的速率升温至160℃;检测器为FID,250℃。结果芳樟醇和乙酸芳樟酯质量浓度线性范围分别是0.39~5.90mg/mL(r=0.9995)和0.40~6.06mg/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为100.33%和100.37%,RSD分别为0.58%和0.75%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为薰衣草油的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of linalool and linalyl acetate in lavender oil. Methods The GC method was adopted with HP-5 GC column (30m×0. 32 mm, 0. 25 μm), the column temperature was set at 80℃ for 5 min, and then heated up from 80℃ to 160 ℃ with the rate of 4 ℃/min, using FID detector. Results Within the range of 0, 39-5.90 mg/mL and O. 40-6.06 mg/mL for linalool and linalyl acetate respectively, the linearity of this method was good. The average recovery rates of linalool and linalyl acetate were 100.33% with RSD of 0. 58% and 100. 37% with RSD of 0. 75% respectively ( n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of lavender oil.
