摘    要:目的研究水曲柳木粉和聚丙烯(PP)的表面性能对PP/木粉复合材料力学性能的影响。方法以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)为相容剂,对PP进行改性,测定PP表面自由能与复合材料的非极性值增加明显,力学性能随之下降。结果添加少量的MAPP,PP表面极性值增加显著,复合材料的力学性能有了很大的提高;随着MAPP添加量的增加,PP表面,结论PP的表面性能对复合材料的力学性能有影响。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of surface characteristic of Manchurian ash woodflour and PP on mechanical properties of PP/ woodflour composites.Methods: PP were modified with different content of compotibilizers(MAPP).The surface free energy andmechanical properties of all the samples were tested.Results: The polar surface free energy increased apparently and mechanical properties improved with MAPP,compared with those of untreated PP.With the increas e of MAPP,the no-polar surface free energy was promoted effectively and mechanical properties decreased.Conclusion: The surface characteristics of PP and woodflour affect mechanical properties of composites.
