高血压病和2型糖尿病患者血清non-HDL-C、AIP指数分析

目的探讨高血压病、2型糖尿病患者血清非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（non-HDL-C）和血致动脉硬化指数（AIP）的水平及临床意义。方法对152例高血压病和99例2型糖尿病患者采用日本OLYMPUS AU-400全自动生化分析仪酶法测定TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量,按照相应公式计算出non-HDL-C、AIP和ASI,并与254例健康对照组进行比较。结果高血压病组、2型糖尿病患者与健康对照组相比较,non-HDL-C高于对照组（P〈0.05）,AIP和ASI与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 non-HDL-C、AIP和ASI升高是高血压病和2型糖尿病患者心血管并发症的危险因素,有较高的临床应用价值,可作为评价高血压病和2型糖尿病患者脂质代谢异常的重要指标。

Analysis on Serum Non High-density Lipoprotein Cholesterol and Atherogenic Index of Plasma in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus or Hypertension

Objective To analyze the serum concentration of non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（non-HDL-C） and atherogenic index of plasma（AIP） in patients with hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The concentration of triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL） were determined in 152 patients with hypertension and 99 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Non-HDL-C,AIP and ASI were also tested.Results The levels of non-HDL-C,AIP and ASI increased significantly in patients with hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus（P0.01）.Conclusion The high level of serum non-HDL-C,AIP and ASI is a risk factor for patients with hypertension or type 2 diabetes mellitus.
