深圳市福田区梅亭社区居民健康知识与健康行为调查

目的了解梅亭社区居民健康知识的认知程度和健康行为的形成情况,为创建健康社区提供科学依据。方法对社区年满18周岁的居民采用机械抽样方法进行问卷调查,共抽取846例。结果梅亭社区居民的平均健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率分别为68.9%和59.5%。女性健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率比男性高,户籍人群健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率比非户籍人群高,文化程度的高低与健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率呈正相关。结论在梅亭社区开展创建健康社区活动中,要充分考虑性别、户籍、文化程度等因素对社区居民接受健康知识、健康行为形成过程的影响,针对不同人群制定切实可行的健康教育工作实施方案,以提高社区居民的健康素养。

Survey on health knowledge and behavior among Meiting community residents in Futian District of Shenzhen

Objective To know about the status on health knowledge and behavior among Meiting community sisidents in Futian District of Shenzhen, and to provide scientific evidence for the formulation effective intervention measure. Methods 846 of 18 residents were effective investigated with sampling conducted by questionnaire in community. Results The average rate of health knowledge and health behavior formation rate of the objects were 68.9% and 59.5%.Females＇ health knowledge and behavior are higher than males＇;the register＇s health knowledge and behavior are higher than the non-per- manent; the level of education was being related to health knowledge and behavior formation rate. Conclusion In activities to create healthy communities in Meiting, it needs take account of gender, residence, educational level and other factors on health of community residents to accept the knowledge, the process of health behaviors, to develop practical implementation of health education programs for different people, to improve the health of community residents.
