| 摘 要： | 目的 测定艾滋病患者 (感染者 )外周血中 CD4、CD8和微量元素锌 (Zn)、硒 (Se)含量。 方法 应用流式细胞术检测 CD4、CD8,用光谱法测定 Zn、Se。 结果 AIDS患者 CD4、CD4/ CD8、Zn、Se水平显著低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;而 CD8则高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 CD4、CD8、Zn、Se含量水平在 AIDS患者病情观察、诊断治疗中可能起着一定的作用

| Abstract: | Objective To detect and compare the level of CD 4?CD 8?Zn?Se in patients with HIV/AIDS and in normal controls. Methods CD 4?CD 8 cell concentration were measured in peripheral blood lymphocyte from patients with HIV/AIDS and normal groups by flow cytometry. Zn?Se were measured by spectrometry. Result CD 4?CD 4/CD 8?Zn?Se concentration among patients with HIV/AIDS were lower than those of normal controls (P<0.01), but CD 8 was highter than those of normal controls (P<0.01). Conclusion The detection of the level of CD 4?CD 8?Zn?Se may play an important role in diagnosing, treatment observation and prognosis of HIV/AIDS patients. |
