| 摘 要： | 我院１９９４年１月至１９９６年６月收治胎膜早破１１０例，本文分析其处理与预后的关系，并与同期分娩而无胎膜早破的１００例进行对照。结果表明，早期应用抗生素，及时使用肾上腺皮质激素，适时结束分娩，可显著降低产前感染率；其围产儿死亡率及患病率与对照组无显著差异

| Abstract: | 110 cases with premature rupture of membranes (PROM) encountered from January 1994 to June 1996 were collected and the relationship between the treatment and outcome was analyzed.Another 100 cases without PROM delivered at the same period were taken randomly as control.The results showed that,early antibiotic therapy,dexamethasone application in time and finish the labour timely make the incidence of prepartum infection reduce obviously,the differences between the perinatal morlity and morbidity of the two groups insignificant. |
