| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨诱发颅内动脉瘤破裂出血的危险因素及护理对策。方法:回顾性调查我科收治的颅内动脉瘤破裂出血病例,分析其诱发因素,提出护理对策。结果:本病与情绪紧张、剧烈活动、吸烟、饮酒及季节变换等有密切关系。结论:稳定患者情绪,控制好患者血压,作好防止颅内压增高的一切护理措施非常重要。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the risk factors of induced rupture hemorrhage of intracranial aneurysm(ICA) and its nursing countermeasures.Methods:The cases of induced rupture hemorrhage of ICA treated in our department were investigated retrospectively,the risk factors were analsed and the nursing countermeasures were proposed.Results:This disease was closely correlated with emotional strain,strenuous exercise,smoking,drinking and the convertion of season.Conclusion:Stabilizing the emotion of the patients,controlling the blood pressure doing all the nursing care to prevent intracranial hypertension are very important. |
