辽宁省市本级疾控中心人力资源现状

目的通过对辽宁省市本级疾病预防控制中心(以下简称为CDC)人力资源现状调查与分析,了解CDC人力资源总体情况,发现其中存在的问题,提出相应的改善意见。方法向14个市本级CDC发出调查表,回收核准后用EXCEL进行数据录入,SPSS10·0进行数据分析。结果辽宁省市本级CDC人力资源配置中学历以大专为主,职称以中级为主,年龄以36-45岁为主,各市CDC人员庞大、普遍超编。结论辽宁省市本级疾控中心人员庞大、超编严重。整体学历情况偏低,急需加强提高。年龄和职称情况比较合理,但也需要进一步调整和完善。

Current situation of manpower resources in city's level in CDC of Liaoning Privince

Objective Expect through human resources current situation investigate and analyse to Liaoning Province city level centre for diseases control and prevention(CDC).Method Send out questionnaire to 14 city level CDC,retrieve after checking and approve inputting datum with EXCEL,SPSS10.0 carries on the data analysis,consults and fetches documents to get relevant materials at the same time.Result Liaoning Province city level CDC manpower resource distribution the academic credentials rely mainly on junior college,the professional title relies mainly on intermediate,the age is by 36-45 years lod main fact,every city CDC person huge,generally overstaff.Conclusion Liaoning province city level CDC personnel hugely,overstaffed seriously.The whole academic situation is on the low side,need strengthening and improving badly.The ages and professional title situations are more rational,but need to adjust and perfect further.The personnel system is reformed extremely urgently.
