摘    要:以广州中医药大学第一附属医院为例,在分析国内外随访系统研究现状及存在问题的基础上,提出建立医院智能短信息随访系统,介绍随访登记流程及其功能模块,总结其建设和应用效果。该系统能够大大提高随访效率,降低失访率,使患者信息得到即时更新。

Abstract:Taking the First Hospital Affiliated to Traditional Chinese Medicine University of Guangzhou as an example, the paper puts forward to establish the hospital''s intelligent Short Message Service (SMS) follow-up visit system based on the analysis of research conditions and existing problems of domestic and overseas follow-up visit system, introduces the follow-up visit registration process and functional modules, and summarizes the application efficiency. This system can greatly improve the follow-up visit efficiency, reduce the rate of loss to follow-up visit, and immediately update information of patients.
