医院推行岗位聘任制的几点思考

摘    要:随着事业单位人事体制改革的不断深化,医院也将面临岗位聘任制这一用人机制的改革。岗位聘任制将实现医院员工由“身份管理”向“岗位管理”的深刻转变,有益于员工改善服务态度,提高医疗贯量和效率,并使医院专业技术人才结构更趋合理。需要科学设置岗位、规范聘用程序、严格聘后管理,确保岗位聘任制稳步实施。
