| 摘 要： | 1983年11月至1990年8月,我们在超声定位、引导下进行了304例次穿刺,其中二维图象定位法定位穿刺26例次,“十”字交叉定位法定位穿刺124例次,超声探头引导法引穿刺154例次,成功率分别是88.46％,84.68％,98.81％。资料表明,超声定位、引导下的穿刺术具有定位准确、操作安全,效果可靠等优点。

| Abstract: | From November 1983 to August 1990, 304 punctures localized or guided by ultrasound were practised in our work.Among them, 26 punctures were carried out by means of ultrasonic localizat- ion,124 punctures,by ultrasonic crisscross localization and the rest,by ultrasonic guidance. The accuracies were 88.46%, 84.68% , 94.81%, respecfively. The results show the puncture localized or guided by ultrasound has advantages of exactness, safety and effectiveness. It can be recommended to clinical practice. |
