摘    要:采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果表明,大鼠整体及体外血清在旋磁场中曝磁30分钟后,血清总SOD活性和铜锌SOD活性显著增加,且整体实验和体外实验中SOD活性增加幅度非常近似。提示,SOD活性的增加可能由于酶本身活性增加所致。观察证明,在本实验条件下,使SOD活性增加的最佳旋磁场强度为30mT,最佳作用时间为30分钟。

Abstract:Using the xanthine oxidase method,the activity of SOD in serum of rat's was determined.It was found that the activity of total-SOD and CuZn-SOD of rats serum was enhanced significantly regardless of the in vivo serum or the in vitro serum exposed to the rotating magnetic field (30mT,1400r/min). However the level of in vivo serum SOD activity and the in vitro serum SOD activity was very similar. It is indicated that the elevation of SOD activity is mainly due to the activation of the SOD enzyme itself.By the experiment, it is proved that the optimal magnet strength is 30mT and the suitable time is 30 minutes.
