医学院校青年教师规范化培训体系的构建与思考

青年教师是学校的未来，肩负着学校长远发展的重任，提高青年教师的执教能力，是保证教学质量的基础工程。规范化培训是促进青年教师迅速成长的重要途径，能够帮助青年教师形成高等教育思维、树立先进教育理念、掌握教学方法手段、打牢教学基本功。第三军医大学系统构建了青年教师规范化培训体系，以规范的内容、时间和形式对青年教师开展了规范化、制度化、系统化和规范化的培训，探讨了医学专业青年教师的有效成长途径，为医学院校教师队伍建设提供了参考和借鉴。

Construction and reflection on a standardized training system for young teachers in medical universities

Young teachers, as future staff in a university, shoulder the workload of achieving a sustainable development for it. Hence in that sense, the enhancement of their teaching competence is the basis for ensuring a high-quality education in medical universities. A standardized training program plays an important role in promoting the professional development of young teachers. It can facilitate them to think in a way that pertains to higher education, familiarize them with advanced educational theories and related teaching methods, and develop them with mastery of basic teaching skills. The Third Military Medical University （TMMU） has constructed a standardized training system providing young teachers with standardized resource and approach at a regular time. This thesis aims to find out an effective way of promoting the development of young medical teachers, and make a referential significance in establishing teaching staff for the future development of medical universities.
