| 摘 要： | 目的：布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的治疗效果。方法：选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者103例，随机分为吸入激素组和对照组。吸入激素组在常规综合治疗的基础上，联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗。对照组采用常规综合治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：两组治疗7d后与治疗前肺功能及动脉血气比较均有显著性差异，各参数均P〈0．05或P〈0．01。治疗后吸入激素组与对照组比较，除pH值外，各指标均有显著差异，参数比较均P〈0．05或P〈0．01（表1），两组治疗前后血电解质的比较无明显差异，空腹血糖比较均P〉0．05。结论：在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的治疗中联合布地奈德雾化吸入效果更好。
