医学生自我控制能力与自我概念的关系

目的 探讨医学生自我控制水平,分析其影响因素,为开展心理辅导和健康教育提供依据。方法 整群抽样选取某医科大学一至四年级500名学生作为被试,采用一般问卷调查、自我控制简明版量表(SCS)、田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS)进行测试。结果 医学生自我控制量表评分为(42.43±6.378)分;在不同性别、年级、父母教养方式、学业成绩之间,自我控制量表评分差异有统计学意义(t/F分别=-3.125、9.763、5.705、4.078,P<0.05);有无职业规划、专业认同与否之间,其自我控制评分差异有统计学意义(t分别=1.375、2.893,P<0.05);自我概念高分组的医学生自我控制水平得分显著高于自我概念低分组(t=3.426,P<0.01)。结论 医学生自我控制能力存在个体差异,且自我概念发展水平与自我控制能力密切相关。

Relationship between self-control ability and self-concept of medical students

Objective To explore the relationship between self-control and self-concept of medical students, so as to provide the reference for psychological guidance and health education. Methods A total of 500 students from grade one to four selected by the cluster sampling method as subjects were surveyed with General Questionnaire, Self-Control Scale (SCS) and Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS). Results The score of SCS was 42.43±6.378. The scores of SCS were significantly different between/among the different sex, grade, parenting style and academic achievement (P<0.01). The self-control scores of medical students with occupational planning and professional identity were significantly higher than those of medical students without (P<0.05). The score of SCS of medical students with high self-concept was significantly higher than that of students with low self-concept (P<0.01). Conclusion There are individual differences in the self-control ability of medical students, and the level of self-concept development is closely related to the ability of self-control.
