人性化护理对急腹症患者满意度和护理质量的影响

目的 对急腹症患者采用人性化护理,并探究其对患者满意度与护理质量的影响。方法 随机抽取2016年8月—2017年10月入院接受治疗的82例急腹症患者作为此次观察对象,将其分为对照组(n=41),施以普通护理干预;实验组(n=41),施以人性化护理。将2组患者护理质量评分、护理满意度以及并发症发生情况进行观察与分析。结果 经护理后,实验组患者护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理对急诊急腹症患者,提高了护理质量,有效减少并发症事件发生,护理满意度高。在临床中,具有较高应用价值。

Influence of humanized nursing on satisfaction and nursing quality of emergency patients with acute abdomen

Objective To adopt humanized nursing for emergency patients with acute abdomen and explore its impact on patient satisfaction and nursing quality. Methods A total of 82 cases of acute abdomen admitted to hospital between August 2016 and 2017 were randomly divided into a control group (n=41) receiving the general nursing intervention and an experimental group (n=41) receiving the humanized nursing. The scores of nursing quality, nursing satisfaction of the patients and complications were observed and analyzed in the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of nursing quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can improve the nursing quality for emergency patients with acute abdomen and effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and it has high nursing satisfaction.
