摘    要:目的 分析不同人口学特征的普外科护理人员职业生命质量水平,探讨其影响因素。方法 便利抽取2所三甲医院普外科的94名护理人员进行职业生命质量量表及一般情况问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 初级职称护士在工作量维度的评分高于中级职称护士(P<0.05),高级职称护士在工作环境维度的评分高于初级、中级职称护士(P<0.05);量表中工作家庭平衡、工作安全、社会形象等相关条目的评分较低。结论 职称的高低、工作家庭难平衡、工作缺乏安全感、社会的不正确认知以及管理层的不重视影响普外科护士的职业生命质量。提示管理者们应健全护理管理体制,协调护士工作与家庭的平衡,重视个人职业发展,促进护理工作环境安全,以此提高护士的职业生命质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of the quality of work life in different demographic nurses of general surgical departments. Methods A total of 94 nurses in the general surgical departments of two third-grade class-A general hospitals in Xuzhou City were investigated by using the Quality of Nursing Work Life Survey (QNWLS) and the general situation questionnaires, and the results were analyzed. Results The score of junior professional title nurses in the workload dimension was higher than that of the intermediate professional title nurses. The score of senior professional title nurses in the working environment dimension was higher than that of the junior and intermediate professional title nurses. The scores of related items, such as working family balance, work safety, and social image in the scale were lower. Conclusion The professional title, work family balance, lack sense of security, incorrect society cognition, and neglect of management influence the quality of nursing work life in general surgical departments. Therefore, the managers should improve the nursing management system, coordinate nurses' work and family balance, attach importance to personal career development, and promote the safety of nursing work environment, so as to improve the quality of nursing work life.
