摘    要:目的 探讨以家庭为中心健康教育对高血压同型半胱氨酸血症患者自我效能的影响。方法 以2016年7月至2017年7月本院收治的90例高血压同型半胱氨酸血症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各45例,对照组采用高血压常规护理模式,实验组采用高血压常规护理联合以家庭为中心的健康教育护理模式;对比2组患者护理前后家庭功能及自我效能水平。结果 护理后3个月,2组在问题解决、沟通、角色及行为控制评分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理后6个月2组家庭功能各个方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后2组自我效能评分均明显提升,且实验组提升效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论 以家庭为中心健康教育能够通过提高高血压同型半胱氨酸血症患者家庭功能水平及自我效能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of family-centered health education on self-efficacy for hypertension patients with hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods A total of 90 cases of hypertension patients with hyperhomocysteinemia in the hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 45 cases each. The control group was given the model of high blood pressure normal nursing, and the experiment group was given the normal high blood pressure nursing combined with the family-centered health education model. The family function and self-efficacy were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results Three months after nursing, in the scores of problem solving, the communication, character, and behavior control, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05); 6 months after nursing, in each aspects of the family function, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The self-efficacy scores of the two groups were significantly improved after nursing, and the effect of the experiment group was more obvious, P<0.05. Conclusion The family-centered health education can improve the family function and self-efficacy of hypertensive patients with hyperhomocysteinemia.
