牛珀至宝丹合鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白抗内毒素休克的实验研究

摘    要:为研究牛珀至宝丹(主药:水牛角、羚羊角、郁金、琥珀等)合鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白抗内毒素休克的作用与机理,60只SD大鼠均分为6组:空白对照组(A)、模型组(B)、普通鸡卵黄对照组(C)、鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白组(D)、牛珀至宝丹组(E)、牛珀至宝丹合鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白(F)。除A组外,其余5组大鼠均以粗制大肠杆菌内毒素制成内毒素休克,并应用相应药物(B组以生理盐水代替)。观察各组大鼠的血压与淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果:除A组外,其余5组大鼠的血压均明显下降,但三个用药组下降的程度低于其他组。T细胞亚群中,CD3各组间无明显差异;B、C组的CD4、CD8低于A组,而三个用药组均高于B组,并与A组接近;E、F组的CD4/CD8比值高于B组,并与A组接近。提示,调整淋巴细胞亚群含量和比值,可能是牛珀至宝丹、鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白抗内毒素休克的作用机理之一,同时表明两药问有一定的协同作用。

Abstract:To study the action and mechanism of "Niupo Zhibao Pill" and chicken yolk immunoglobulin in fighting endotoxic shock, 60 SD rats were divided into six groups: A, B, C, D, E and F. Except group A, other groups were made to be of endotoxic shock by crude colibacillus and then treated by "Niupo Zhibao Pill" and/or chicken yolk immunoglobulin or normal saline; the blood pressure and lymphocyte subgroups were assayed. Results: Except group A, the average blood pressure in the other groups fell obviously, but the three groups treated by drugs fell more significantly than other two groups; CD 3 in all groups was similar; CD 4 and CD 8 in groups B and C were lower those in group A; CD 4 and CD 8 in the three groups treated were higher than those in group B, similar to group A; CD 4/CD 8 in groups E and F were higher than those in group B, similar to group A. It is indicated that regulating the contents and ratio of lymphocyte subgroups is one of the mechanisms of "Niupo Zhibao Pill" and chicken yolk immunoglobulin in fighting endotoxic shock, and the two drugs work coordinately.
