雌激素受体和孕激素受体在食管癌中的临床意义 (附66例分析)

目的探讨食管癌的内分泌治疗.方法用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白过氧化酶染色法对66例食管癌组织进行雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的测定;对ER(+)和PR(+)的食管癌患者随机分为给予内分泌治疗的实验组和不给予内分泌治疗的对照组.结果66例食管癌中ER阳性率为72.7%,PR阳性率为66.7%.随着食管癌组织学分级的增加,ER、PR的阳性率减少(P＜0.05).ER或PR阳性的食管癌患者,实验组比对照组的3年生存率高(P＜0.05).结论测定食管癌患者的ER和PR可以判断食管癌的恶性程度和指导食管癌的内分泌治疗.

Clinical significance of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in esophageal carcinoma

Objective To approach the endocrine treatment of esophageal carcinoma.Methods It was determined estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor of esophageal carcinoma tissue in 66 patients using the streptavidin peroxidase staining;It is divided random into experiment group of giving endocine treatment and contrast group of giving not endocine treatment to the patients of esophageal carcinoma ER(+) and PR(+).Results The ER positive rate is 72 7% and the PR positive rate is 66 7% in 66 cases of esophageal carcinoma.The positive rate of ER and PR down reduced with the histology gradation increasing(P<0 05).The existence rate of three year of experiment group was higher than contrast group in the patient with esophageal carcinoma of ER(+) or PR(+)(P<0 05).Conclusion Determining ER and PR of the patient with esophageal carcinoma be used for judging the degree of malignancy and for directing endocrine treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
