肌氨肽苷联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床评价

摘    要:目的评价肌氨肽苷联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效及其对红细胞醛糖还原酶(AR)活性、血一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法将89例DPN患者随机分成2组,治疗组予肌氨肽苷和依帕司他治疗,对照组予甲钴胺治疗,评价2组患者治疗前后DPN症状、体征、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、红细胞AR活性及NO水平的变化。结果治疗组治疗后红细胞AR活性显著下降,NO水平显著升高,而对照组治疗后上述指标无明显变化。治疗后2组四肢感觉神经传导速度均明显提高,但治疗组提高幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肌氨肽联合依帕司他能明显抑制红细胞AR活性,提高NO水平,明显改善DPN症状及体征,提高四肢感觉神经使导速度,且疗效优于甲钴胺。

Abstract:Objective It is to investigate the curative effect of Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides and Epalrestat on diabetic perineuropathy(DPN),and observe the influence on erythrocyte aldose reductase(AR) activity and serum nitric oxide(NO) level.Methods 89 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group treated by Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides for Injection and Epalrestat Tablets,and the control group treated by Mecobalamin.The changes of clinical symptoms,sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV),AR activity and NO level were observed.Results The AR activity was decreased and the NO level was increased significantly after treatment in the treatment group,and these indexes without changes in the control group.The SNCV were improved markedly in both groups,but the rising degree of SNCV in the treated group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides and Epalrestat can inhibit erythrocyte AR activity and increase serum NO level;they could relieve clinic symptoms of DPN and prompt sensory nerve conduction velocity.The efficacy of Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides and Epalrestat on DPN is better than that of Mecobalamin.
