笑气吸入分娩镇痛的应用及护理

为探讨笑气吸入在产程中的应用效果及对孕妇及新生儿的影响，将100名初产妇分为两组，一组为观察组使用笑气吸入镇痛，一组为对照组，无任何镇痛措施。观察笑气吸入的镇痛效果，并对两组产妇的疼痛程度，新生儿Apgar评分，产后出血量进行对比及使用笑气吸入后的观察及护理。结果表明笑气吸入对分娩镇痛有效率达98％，对分娩方式，产妇及新生儿的影响均无显著性差异。说明笑气吸入镇痛是一种安全、有效、对产妇及新生儿无任何影响的分娩镇痛技术。

Application of entonox inhalational analgesia and care in labor

Object: this paper is to investigate the analgesic effect of entonox inhalation in labor and the influence to mother and neonate. Method: divide 100 primigravidae into 2 groups, the study group use entonox inhalational analgesia, the control group use no such analgesia, observe the analgesic effect, pain, neonatal Apgar score, postpartum hemorrhage and care of the 2 groups. Results: the analgesic effect rate is 98%, and has no influence to labor, mother and neonate. Conclusion: Entonox inhalational analgesia is a safe, effective method, and it has no influence to both mother and neonate.
