香菇多糖联合抗生素治疗恶性肿瘤围化疗期肺部感染 120例临床观察

目的观察香菇多糖对恶性肿瘤患者围化疗期肺部感染抗生素治疗的增效作用. 方法 120例围化疗期发生肺部感染恶性肿瘤患者在接受抗生素治疗的同时,随机分成加用香菇多糖针和不加香菇多糖针静脉滴注两组,每组各60例. 结果接受抗生素及香菇多糖联合治疗的患者有效率显著提高(P<0.05),临床症状、体征与X线胸片改善时间大幅缩短. 结论香菇多糖对恶性肿瘤患者围化疗期肺部感染抗生素治疗,具有明显增效作用,值得推广应用.

Lentinan Plus Antibiotics for Pulmonary Infection During Peri-chemotherapy Period of Malignant Neoplasm: A Clinical Observasion

OBJECTIVE To observe the sensitivity of the antibiotics for pulmonary infection of lentinan in malignant neoplasm during peri-chemotherapy period. METHODS One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary infection of malignant neoplasm during peri-chemotherapy period were randomly divided into lentinan plus antibiotics group and only antibiotics group. RESULTS After treatment the objective response rate was significantly increased and the improving time was obviously shorten for the clinical symptom, the sign and the examination of chest-X-rays in combined group. CONCLUSIONS The results show that lentinan can obviously enhance the sensitivity of the antibiotics for pulmonary infection in malignant neoplasm during peri-chemotherapy period.
