降糖益肾片治疗糖尿病肾病42例临床研究

将 66例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成两组(治疗组 42例 ,对照组 2 4例 ) ,治疗组在西药控制血糖、血压、饮食等基础上 ,加用具益气养阴、活血通络功效的纯中药制剂降糖益肾片 ;对照组则采用单纯西药治疗。两组均治疗 2个月 ,并同时观察治疗前后症状、实验室相关指标。结果 :总有效率治疗组为 92 .86% ,对照组为 54.1 7% ,两组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1) 。血色素、尿蛋白、肾功能、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压等指标 ,治疗组治疗后均较治疗前有显著改善(P <0 .0 5 ) 。结论 :中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗

Clinical Study for 42 Cases of Diabetes and Kidney Disease Treated by Jiang Tang Yi Shen Tablet

cases of patients suffered this disease were divided into 2 groups,including 42 cases of therapy group and 24 cases of control group,for the therapy group take the jiang tang yi shen tablet at the basis of control blood sugar and blood pressure with western medicine.The tablet is made from pure traditional Chinese medicine which can improve the function of liquid and smooth the blood vessels.While for the control group take western medicine only.The period takes 2 months.At the same time,observe symptoms and indexs of lab before and after duration.For the therapy group,the total healing rate reached 92.86%,but for the control group,only 54.17%,there is remarkable difference(P<0.01).Other indexes such as haemachrome,erythrocyte,albuminuria,function of kidneys,blood sugar,blood albumen with sugar,blood fat and blood pressure also showed great contrast and the therapy group has much better results(P<0.05).The treatment for the disease above by combination of Chinese and western medicine is obviously better than western medicine only.
