高频电针和阿达帕林凝胶治疗老年疣临床观察

目的观察高频电针与阿达帕林凝胶联合应用对老年疣的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用高频电针清除皮损，创面愈合即外用阿达帕林凝胶；对照组直接外用阿达帕林凝胶，两组疗程均为6个月，观察皮疹情况并统计。结果治疗组总有效率98．2％；对照组总有效率55．8％。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论高频电针联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗老年疣疗效好，无副作用。

Efficiency of High-Frequency Electro-Acupuncture and Adapalene Gel in Treating Verruca Senilis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of high-frequency electro-acupuncture and adapalene gel combination for verruca senilis. Methods The patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group re- ceived high-frequency electro-acupuncture to remove the skin lesions, and topical adapalene gel after wound healing;while the control group received adapalene gel topically. The course of both groups was 6 months, and the local lesion was observed and an- alyzed statistically. Results Experiment group had a total effective rate of 98.2% ,and controlled group 55.8%. There was sig- nificantly difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The high-frequency electro-acupuncture and adapalene gel combination were effective for verruca senilis without any obvious adverse effects.
