九味合剂制备工艺的选择

摘    要:目的选择九味合剂的生产工艺。方法对处方中药物进行分析,查找文献来确定其中人参和炮山甲的生产方法,余药再用正交试验法,以水提取物得率为指标,考察加水量、煎煮前浸泡时间、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对提取效果的影响。结果九味合剂的最佳生产工艺为当归,麦冬等7味中药采用水提浓缩的方法,其水提工艺为:煎煮前冷浸1h,加水总量为药材的16倍,煎煮3次,每次煎煮1.5h;人参用75%乙醇回流提取制成流浸膏,炮穿山甲粉碎成细粉,二者在配制时加入。结论该工艺科学合理。

Abstract:Objective To select the optimum preparation procedure of Jiuwei Mixture. Methods The preparation procedure of Radix ginseng and processing Squama manis in the recipe were selected according to medicinal literature. The study of the optimum extraction condition of other medical materials was carried out with orthogonal test. The extraction ratio of water was used as a marker. To investigate the influence of the following four factors: water-adding amount, soaking time, decoction time, decoction times. Result The optimum extraction condition was:adding sixteen times amount of water to soaking for 1 hour, decocting 3 times and 1.5 hours each time. Radix ginseng was prepared for liquidum by adding 75% alcohol and refluxing and extracting. Processing Squama manis was crushed to powder. Conclusion The preparation procedure is scientific and reasonable.
