运用数字挖掘研究古代医籍针灸治疗流泪症的取穴特点

目的通过整理古代有关流泪症的针灸文献，分析其取穴及配伍特点，为临床应用提供古代文献的支持。方法检索21部与针灸治疗眼病有关的古医籍，摘录针灸治疗流泪症的条文，建立数据库，进行归纳、分类、整理。结果针灸治疗流泪症涉及10条经脉，34个穴位，使用总频次227次，应用频次最多的经脉是胃经，选用穴位4个；应用穴位居第2、3位的分别是膀胱经和胆经，其次为督脉、小肠经、三焦经、肺经、脾经、大肠经。应用频次最多的穴位是睛明、承泣、头临泣、头维、腕骨、四白、攒竹。结论流泪症取穴以胃经、膀胱经、胆经为主；穴位以局部取穴为主。邻近和远端取穴为辅。

Acupoints features on tears diseases from ancient medical books

OBJECTIVE To analyze the acupoints and compatibility features and provide support for the clinical application by arranging literatures on acupuncture of tears diseases in ancient literature. MENTHODS Retrieved 21 ancient medical books associated with acupuncture treatment of eye disease, excerpt provisions of acupuncture of tears disease, to establish a database to summarize, classify and organize. RESULTS Acupuncture of tears disease involves 10 meridians, 34 points, 227 total frequency of use. The most frequency of application was stomach meridian, 4 acupoints selected; points applications ranked 2 and 3 respectively was bladder meridian and gall bladder meridian, followed by Du, small intestine, triple burner, lung, spleen and large intestine meridians. The most frequently used points were Jingming, chengqi, toulinqi, touwei, wangu, sibai and zuanzhu. CONCLUSIONS Acupoints for tears disease was mainly on stomach, bladder, gallbladder meridians; and points were mostly based on local points supplemented by near and distal points.
