脑苷肌肽注射液治疗特发性脱髓鞘性视神经炎的临床效果观察

目的观察脑苷肌肽注射液在特发性脱髓鞘性视神经炎（IDON）治疗中的作用。为临床用药提供客观依据及指导。方法随机对照病例研究。IDON患者50例70只眼。随机分为糖皮质激素联合脑苷肌肽注射液治疗组35例40只眼和糖皮质激素治疗对照组15例30只眼，观察药物使用3个月后．患者视力恢复及视盘周围视网膜神经纤维层（RNFL）平均厚度情况。结果对照组治愈10只眼，显效4只眼，有效2只眼，无效14只眼，总有效率53．33％；联合治疗组治愈20只眼，显效7只眼，有效5只眼，无效8只眼，总有效率80．00％（P=0．017）。对照组视盘周围RNFL平均厚度（72．27±18．90）μm，联合治疗组的RNFL平均厚度（83．00±24．07）μm，差异具有统计学意义（P=0．04）。结论脑苷肌肽注射液对于IDON患者的视力恢复及减轻视神经损伤的程度都有着积极的治疗意义。

Clinical observation of Ganglioside injection treating idiopathic demyelinating optic neuritis

OBJECTIVE To optic neuritis （IDON）. METHODS evaluate the effectiveness of ganglioside injection for idiopathic demyelinating A randomized controlled case study was performed including 50 （70 eyes） patients diagnosed as IDON. There were 35 cases 40 eyes treated by glucocorticoid and ganglioside injection and 15 patients 30 eyes just by glucocorticoid. Visual acuity and average thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer were observed after three months. RESULTS Ten eyes cured, 4 significantly effective, 2 effective, 14 ineffective in control group, and the total effective rate was 53.33%; Twenty eyes cured, 7 significantly effective, 5 effctive, 8 ineffectived in the exper/mental group, and the total effective rate was 80.00%, P=0.017. The average thickness of peripapillary RNFL was 72.27± 18.90μm （M±SD） in control group, 83.00±24.07μm （M±SD） in the experimental group, and the difference was significant between the groups （P=0.04）. CONCLUSIONS Ganglioside treatment was positive in improving the vision acuity and reducing the optic nerve damage degree of IDON.
