自拟温通散眼部热熨对视疲劳患者症状及调节力的影响

目的观察活血化瘀中药温通散眼部热熨对视疲劳患者症状及调节力的影响。方法将66例视疲劳患者随机分为2组，治疗组予温通散局部热熨治疗，对照组予单纯局部热熨治疗，每日1次，治疗2周。观察治疗前后症状积分及调节灵敏度、调节滞后量、调节幅度的变化。并进行安全性评价。结果（1）症状积分：两组均能改善视疲劳患者的自觉症状，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（2）调节灵敏度：两组组内及组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（3）调节滞后量：两组右眼治疗后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），左眼差异及两组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。（4）调节幅度：两组组内比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。所有患者均未出现不良反应。结论眼部热熨缓解视疲劳安全有效。且温通散热熨改善症状更明显。对于调节的影响优于单纯热熨。

Effect of hot compression with Wentong Powder on asthenopia

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of hot compression on asthenopia eyes with Wentong Powder, which had the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. METHODS Sixty-six patients of asthenopia were randomly devided into 2 groups, TCM group with the hot compression of Wentong Powder, and the control group with pure hot compression. Both were carried out once every day for two weeks. And evaluated the clinical efficacy by comparing the asthenopic symptom scores, accommodation facility, lag of accommodation, and amplitude of accommodation. RESULTS 1.Symptom scores after treatment were lower than before （P〈0.05）, and statistic difference existed between two groups （P〈0.05）. 2.The accommodative facility of the two groups were both better than before （P〈0.05）. There was remarkable statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） 3. The accommodative lag of right eye in TCM group was statistically significant compared with that before treatment （P〈 0.05）, however, no difference was demonstrated between the two groups （P〉0.05）. 4.The amplitude of accommodation was improved compared with both groups before treatment （P〈0.05）, but no difference existed between the two groups （P〉0.05）. And no patient appeared any adverse reaction in the whole experiment. CONCLUSIONS Hot compression on asthenopia eyes was a safe and efficient remedy, and furthermore, hot compression with Chinese herbs Wentong Powder was more efficient.
