手术室优质护理在截石位手术中的应用效果

目的观察手术室优质护理在截石位手术中的应用效果。方法 80例行截石位手术的患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。两组患者均接受常规护理,实验组同时采取手术室优质护理模式,观察两组术后并发症及护理满意度。结果实验组并发症发生率7.5%明显低于对照组42.5%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组护理满意度97.5%明显高于对照组72.5%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论截石位手术患者实施手术室优质护理方案有利于降低并发症发生率,改善护患关系。

Application effect of operating room quality nursing in lithotomy position surgery

Objective To observe the application effect of operating room quality nursing in lithotomy position surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing lithotomy position surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received operating room quality nursing pattern. The postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results Incidence of complications in the experimental group was 7.5%, which was obviously lower than 42.5% in the control group. The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 97.5%, which was remarkably higher than 72.5% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of operating room quality nursing in lithotomy position surgery can decrease the incidence of complications and improve nurse-patient relationship.
