中药联合人工泪液治疗LASIK术后干眼临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨中药联合人工泪液治疗准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)后干眼的临床疗效。方法自2010年3月至2013年3月选择LASIK手术1个月后确诊为干眼的患者207例414眼。随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组106例212眼口服中药配方颗粒剂同时用人工泪液滴眼.对照组101例202眼只用人工泪液滴眼。记录患者用药前和用药后2周的干眼自觉症状.裂隙灯下观察泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Sit)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)情况。结果治疗组总有效率为86.79%,对照组总有效率58.41%。治疗组干眼症状、BUT,Sit,FL与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论中药联合人工泪液治疗LASIK术后干眼疗效优于单独使用人工泪液。

Clinical observation on dry eye after LASIK using TCM concentrated granules and artificial tears

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) concentrated granules combined with artificial tear on dry eye after laser in situ keratomileusis. METHODS From March 2010 to March 2013, 207 cases (414 eyes) with dry eye symptom one month after laser in situ keratomileusis were recruited and randomly divided into two groups, trial group and control group.In the trial group ,the patients were treated with TCM concentrated granules and artificial tear eye drops.In the control group, the patients were treated with only artificial tear eye drops. The subjective dry eye symptoms,fluorescein staining (FL) ,Schirmer I test (Sit) and tear breakup time (BUT) were observed under the slit lamp before treatment, and the second week after treatment. RESULTS The total cure rate of the trial group was 86.79%, the control group was 58.41%. By comparison, the subjective dry eye symptoms, FL, Sit and BUT were significantly different (P〈0.05). CONCLUSIONS Combined use of traditional Chinese medicine and artificial tear could show better therapeutic effects than only use of eye drops on the dry eye symptom after LASIK.
