奎硫平治疗脑器质性精神障碍的研究

目的评价奎硫平治疗脑器质性精神障碍的临床疗效和安全性。方法74例脑器质性精神障碍患者随机分配到奎硫平组（37例）与氟哌啶醇组（37例）进行对照治疗，疗程4周。采用简明精神病量表（BPRS）及副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和副反应。结果治疗结束时两组BPRS评分较入组时显著减低（P〈0．01）；临床有效率：奎硫平组75．5％，氟哌啶醇组70．3％；两组疗效差异无显著性。奎硫平组的不良反应较氟哌啶醇组少，其中震颤、静坐不能、扭转痉挛、肌紧张的发生率显著少于氟哌啶醇组（P〈0．01）。结论奎硫平治疗脑器质性精神障碍疗效与氟哌啶醇相似，副反应较氟哌啶醇轻而少。奎硫平更适用于脑器性精神障碍的治疗。

The Study on Quetiapine in the Treatment of Brain Organic Mental Disorders

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect and side effects of quetiapine in the treatment of brain organic mental disorders. Methods A total of 74 patients of brain organic mental disorders were randomly assigned to be treatment with quetiapine(n37)or haloperidol(n37)for 4 weeks.The effect was measured by Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) to evaluate the side effects. Results At the end of the treatments,the scores of BPRS in both treatment groups decreased significantly compared with baseline(P<0.01),and the clinical effective rates were 75.5% in quetiapine group and 70.3% in haloperidol group,which was no significant difference between two groups.However,patients in quetiapine group had much fewer side effects than those in haloperidal group,especially in the items of tremor,akathisia,acute dystonia and muscle strain on TESS,in which there was significant difference between two groups((P<0.05).)Conclusions Qutiapine has similar efficacy to haloperidol in the treatment of brain organic mental disorders,but it has less side effects.Quetiapine is more applicable to the treatment of brain organic mental disorders.
