| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺泡蛋白沉着症的影像学特点及临床表现。方法:对经肺穿刺病理证实的肺泡蛋白沉着症的影像表现进行了回顾性分析。结果:胸部影像表现呈多样化,为碎石路样、地图样、磨玻璃样、小叶间隔增厚样、肺实变样、肺水肿样等表现;临床表现为咳嗽、活动后气促、胸闷、呼吸困难。结论:胸部影像可以充分显示肺泡蛋白沉着症的影像特点,结合临床能够做出正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective to analyze the radiography of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis(PAP) and its clinical manifestation.Methods the imaging finding of PAP cases proven by biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results the imaging presented various imaging,including crazy-paving appearance,ground-glass opacity,map-like apperence,thickening of the interlobular septum,pulmonary edema and consolidation.And clinical manifestation shows cough,breathlessness,tightness,dyspnea.Conclusion Correct Diagnosis can be made with the patient’s clinical manifestation. |
