喷粉洁牙与砂碟抛光技术在外源性染色牙面上的应用

目的　吸烟、喝茶、咖啡等常造成牙齿的外源性染色 ,作者尝试用喷粉洁牙和牙面系列抛光技术治疗此类牙变色。方法　共治疗 10 5 6例患者 ,喷粉操作由Microprep完成 ,牙面抛光用Super—snap砂碟完成。结果　治疗后无疼痛及牙齿敏感发生 ,牙面抛光后达到镜面样外观。结论　超声波洁治去除色斑有明显的不当之处 ,喷粉加抛光可以快速、有效、无痛达到美牙目的。

Microabrasion and teeth polishing technique for teeth discoloration

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of microabrasion and teeth polishing technique for foreign color stained teeth.Methods 1056 cases of stained teeth were performed with Microprep Cavity Preparation System for removing the surface stains, then a specifically developed polishing instruments ( Super-snap, shofu. Inc.) was used to polish the teeth. Results No signified side effects, like toothache, sensation, were noted. The most important change followed teeth polishing procedure was tooth mirror -like appearance.Conclusion Microprep and polishing technique can effectively resolve the problem of tooth scaling lines, avoid tobacco stain coming soon.
