Abstract:Objective: Study using Color Doppler Flow Imaging ( CDFI) the possibility for diagnosis embryo umbilicus bind and estimate embryo uterus inside lack oxygen degree in the umbilicus bind . Method: Use CDFI the S/ D for embryo examination for observing the later period the gestation embryo having have the umbilicus bind, rightly having the umbilicus artery (UA), brain inside artery (MAC), RI worth, and embryo heart rate, is divided into the set of normal set and womb inside imperfect oxygen, and combine to check against with gestation final outcome. Result: The ultrasonic examine a patients the umbilicus bind 185 example, right of 177 example, leak and mistake 8 example. Ultrasonic estimate umbilicus twine embryo womb inside lack oxygen 31 example postnatal Apgar grade point< 7 ,24 /31 examples, the death 2/31 examples in pediatrics, ultrasonic sensitivity for estimate 83.8%. Conclusion: CDFI examine the contain higher accuracy. Embryo uterus inside lack oxygen fetus heart the rate flow the mechanics the obvious changes, ultrasonic of occurrence the uterus inside lack for many items index sign uniting monitoring rightly estimate embryo the oxygen with UA, MCA blood to have the certain value.
